I create perfectly composed, cuddly works of art in our studio in Old Nicosia.
The creative options are nearly endless with a wide range of gorgeous, hand-made props — sumptuous blankets, knitted throws, adorable little caps and crowns, and one cuddly, slumbering baby.
Mom, Dad, siblings, and even pets can also be accommodated.
Those first few weeks after your child is born are life changing. It’s as if your whole world has opened up and you’ve discovered that life wasn’t as bright or colourful before your baby entered the world.
I want to capture what you’re feeling. I want to document the looks exchanged between mother, father and baby. Those are moments so precious that you can’t even describe them with the letters of the alphabet. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words, but I contend that a picture is worth far more. A picture captures impalpable essence.
I like to get details of wee little feet, a tiny hand clasped around mom and dad’s finger, that button nose and tuft of fluffy hair. In addition to the details, I’ll also photograph your newborn resting peacefully. Perhaps in a cozy, comfortable nook or on top of the blanket he’ll sleep with for years to come. My camera knows no bounds.

Newborn sessions must take place within the first 14 days of birth.
We will schedule your session within 3 months of your due date. Once your new baby arrives, we’ll confirm your session date.
My studio session is typically two to three hours long, so please plan for a whole morning or afternoon.
Each of my newborn sessions is highly personalized, so I like to work one-on-one with you to plan your session based on your personal style and how you plan to use your images.
A pre-session consultation is our time to go over the details, cover questions, and explore all the options together — including fun details like props and poses, your ideas for art for your home, and planning gifts for loved ones.
My sessions have a relaxed, unhurried pace to keep baby calm, happy, and safe. Your baby sets the pace with plenty of time for quieting, soothing, diaper changes, feeding, and cuddling.
We have a private room just for you and your baby, where you can breastfeed, change diapers, and calm the baby. We also have indoor and outdoor spaces for older siblings where they can draw, read, and play during the photography session.
The studio will be very warm to keep baby comfortable, so dressing in layers is a good idea.
We optimise the session to ensure baby is kept happy, comfortable, and safe throughout. This means relying on natural light and soft light when photographing a baby, posing babies in a way that’s safe and comfortable while also beautiful, and utilizing post-photography techniques – such as composite imagery, eliminating jaundice, and even smoothing out things like scratches and blotchy skin that are very common with newborns.
Within three weeks after your session, it’s time for your big reveal!
You will receive selected, edited photos in digital format, and we will discuss images for prints, albums, and all the other wonderful photo products available for decorating and sharing.
I know exactly what you’re feeling. Well, maybe not exactly, but I do know that I can relate. As a former kindergarden teacher, I have seen so many new mothers beginning this journey we call motherhood.
Photography is my great passion. As a family photographer, my strength is maternity and newborn photos. There’s just something so rewarding about capturing precious moments that are too easily forgotten without a camera, and as one of the few specialised newborn photographers with a specialised family photo studio in Cyprus, it is my mission to make sure that these memories will be preserved.
My studio in Nicosia is dedicated to preserving the important occasions in your child’s life. From maternity photos showcasing your pregnancy glow, to milestone photographs and beyond, I want you to have photos of your journey that your little one will cherish forever.
Photography aside, I love gardening, architecture, and interior design, creating tranquil spaces with earthy decor. Sometimes escaping there for 15 minutes is all I need to feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the world.
